Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines how fees are treated for audits, consulting, implementation work, pilots, and performance-based or milestone-based engagements.

How SEQUIANT handles refunds, exceptions, pilot engagements, and disputes across consulting and implementation work.

1. General Policy

Due to the strategic and implementation nature of our services, fees already earned for completed work, delivered strategy, consulting time, or implementation effort are generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Any exception to the general refund policy must be explicitly stated in a signed proposal, agreement, or statement of work.

3. Pilot or Trial Projects

If a pilot or trial engagement includes specific cancellation or refund clauses, those terms will govern the arrangement instead of this general policy.

4. Performance-Based Agreements

Where SEQUIANT enters into a performance-based agreement, outcomes, measurement windows, exclusions, and remedy terms will be defined in the governing contract.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe fees have been charged incorrectly or work has materially deviated from the agreed scope, contact us first so both parties can attempt a practical resolution in good faith.
